Security:   Have you ever considered purchasing a product on line but were unsure about the process and how your information would be protected?  The first step in securing a transaction is that the merchant must have a secure server.  Any time you are connected to a secure server the URL will start with https (example: https://mcbryde.com as opposed to http://mcbryde.com).  Regardless of what is said on a website, if the "s" is not there your data IS NOT secure!  The only time this little s needs to be there is on the page where you enter your personal and credit card information.   The next thing is the merchant must take steps to protect your data after the sale.  In the past we have used our own shopping cart software and a merchant account to process credit cards.  There was always something that needed to be updated to keep ahead of hackers.  As a result we have elected to use PayPal to process all credit card transactions.   PayPal is the world's #1 online payment service and they are constantly updating their system to ensure the security of your credit card information. Our Return Policy:   At Stock Car Gifts, we make every effort to ship quality products in a timely manner.  However, sometimes a defective product will get shipped out.  If you receive a defective product, or want to return a product for any reason give us a call toll free at 1-877-McBryde or e-mail us.  We will instruct you how to return it for a refund or replacement.  Our Privacy Policy:   The only data we collect about you is the information required to process your order.  We use cookies to keep track of your shopping and this data is used when you check out.  Our cookies (only used for the shopping cart) expire in 30 minutes if not used and the data in it is deleted.  If you complete an order, sign our guest book, or enter our t-shirt contest your information is saved in a secure database.  This information is not shared with or sold to anyone.  Only McBryde Enterprises has access to and uses this information.  We send (periodic/monthly or weekly) e-mails and you may opt out at any time.
